This full-time remote position allows for flexibility, ensuring that our counselors can balance their professional responsibilities with their personal lives. While you will be working primarily from home, you will also have the opportunity to conduct home visits for assessments and follow-ups, offering a hands-on approach to client care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ongoing assessments to effectively determine and address the specific needs of clients.

• Communicate progress and treatment plans to supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders involved in the client’s care.

• Develop and maintain a tentative schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to support various clients.

• Coordinate home visits, complete chart reviews, and conduct staff interviews to perform comprehensive data analysis.

• Ensure that the program plan is implemented effectively and monitored for success.
\n
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and relevant discussions to foster a collaborative approach to treatment.

• Complete required monthly and quarterly progress notes to document client growth and challenges.
\n
• Organize training sessions to certify staff on program implementation and documentation best practices.
\n
• Provide continued support and follow-up interviews to ensure comprehensive care for every individual.
\n
• Maintain accurate records that facilitate information dissemination among relevant parties.
\n
• Act as a liaison with the public and the mental health community to support developmental goals.

• Assist in developing and improving training materials that enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting.

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance misuse are highly preferred.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines affecting mental health practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with a wide array of clients.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team setting.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software and technology related to mental health practices.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
