Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of each client, implementing tailored therapy strategies that promote effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a wide range of mental health conditions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring adherence to confidentiality requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in effective communication and coordination of care to optimize client outcomes.

• Participate actively in professional development activities, including workshops and continuing education, to stay abreast of current trends and research in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
