Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of approximately 10-15 clients, establishing and nurturing rapport while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress and evaluate treatment plans, adjust strategies as needed, and facilitate appropriate discharges.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Accurately document and maintain progress notes, intake assessments, and client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision to discuss case management and personal growth, enhancing your professional development.

• Collaboratively work with other healthcare providers to offer holistic care, ensuring client safety and efficacy of treatment.

• Foster a growth-oriented mindset by actively participating in professional training and workshops, keeping abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An unrestricted, independent, and active LPC license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
