Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing therapy to couples in joint sessions while also offering individual therapy when necessary, ensuring each client's unique needs are met.

• Addressing a range of issues, including alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Working closely with clients to develop coping strategies, communication skills, and actionable plans for improving family dynamics.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans in adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and children, helping them navigate complex life experiences such as separation, divorce, blended family issues, and adjustment challenges. Your interventions will empower clients to foster healthier relationships and achieve personal growth.

Qualifications\n

Prospective candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Holds an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possesses a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
