Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Hopeful Mind Counseling Solutions, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions both remotely and, when applicable, in-person.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs and goals.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic interventions tailored to address a range of issues, including but not limited to: \n

  • Alcohol abuse
  \n
  • Physical and psychological abuse
  \n
  • Grief and loss
  \n
  • Family conflicts, including those among siblings
  \n
  • Job-related stress and medical issues
  \n
  • Blended family adjustments and challenges associated with separation or divorce

  • Communication difficulties and conflicts
  \n

• Providing supportive resources and referrals to additional services as needed, ensuring a holistic approach to patient wellbeing.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our electronic health record system.
