Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building trusting relationships while respecting professional boundaries and ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge plans.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all client interactions, including progress notes, treatment updates, and intake assessments.

• Engage in weekly individual sessions with clients, facilitating a safe space for open discussion and therapeutic intervention.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance your skills and receive guidance on complex cases.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, ranging from children to adults, all of whom present various mental health challenges. By employing a person-centered approach, you will work with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
\n
• Current, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of experience in an outpatient clinical setting following graduation is expected.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including but not limited to RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, Outlook, and PIMSY.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and groups, particularly in an outpatient setting.

• Skills in conducting intake assessments and utilizing diagnostic tools effectively.

• A proven track record of building rapport and ensuring client satisfaction through quality of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model, guaranteeing payment ahead of collections to eliminate waiting for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
