Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Transcendence Counseling Solutions, you will play a vital role in the mental health and well-being of your clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Conducting intake assessments to gather relevant historical and current information to inform treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on providing therapeutic services to youth populations, including adolescents and their families. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of one year of experience in providing care to clients dealing with psychiatric issues and/or substance use disorder.

• Strong computer skills, including basic keyboarding and documentation capabilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in community mental health settings, telehealth services, or specialized therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will be favored. Proficiency in dealing with youth populations and familiarity with evidence-based practices in mental health care are highly desirable.

Transcendence Counseling Solutions offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 65,000 – 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation package includes:
