Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to deliver effective therapy to individuals, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic client care, integrating insights from various disciplines to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training to stay informed about the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid and active license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a generous bonus structure designed to reward your hard work.
