You will operate remotely, with options for telemedicine and in-person therapy sessions in our outpatient office setting. Our flexible working conditions allow for a structured schedule, with no weekend obligations. Full-time employees will work from Monday to Friday in an 8-hour day format, whereas part-time consultants can negotiate their schedules according to team needs and personal preferences.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy—across diverse settings including individual, family, and couples counseling.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure holistic treatment plans and optimal client care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards, while ensuring confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and staying updated with the latest practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, encountering a range of mental health issues that may include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse disorders. You will be instrumental in supporting clients from various backgrounds, emphasizing culturally sensitive approaches to foster trust and collaboration.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical environment.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical practice standards within the counseling profession.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to develop rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a generous bonus structure. As a sign-on incentive, selected candidates will receive a sign-on bonus to support their transition into our team.
