Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, catering to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, which allows for a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain precise and timely clinical records, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , depending on your caseload and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance; malpractice insurance coverage; and unlimited client referrals.
