Clarity Path Mental Wellness is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team in Denver, Colorado. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing recognized evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, establishing clear, achievable goals and measurable outcomes.

• Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including group therapy, psychoeducation, and support groups, aimed at enhancing client engagement and experience.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.

• Administer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning as necessary to ensure the well-being of clients in distress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in line with ethical and legal standards.

You will serve a diverse clientele of individuals and families, each navigating unique mental health challenges. Our clients may include those experiencing significant mood disorders, such as depression and anxiety, as well as individuals grappling with trauma, relationship issues, and general emotional distress. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them toward greater emotional wellness and stability.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is required, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care or working with specific populations, such as survivors of domestic violence or refugees, are highly encouraged to apply. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses available.
