Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, creating a foundational understanding for effective intervention.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to promote healing and growth.

• Develop personalized treatment plans with specific goals and measurable outcomes to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care.

• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments, providing safety planning when needed, to prepare for and manage potential challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain timely and precise documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client notes and treatment records are accurate.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to broaden therapeutic experiences for our clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-related bonuses.
