We emphasize a work-life balance, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., enabling therapists to manage their workloads effectively while prioritizing self-care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their mental health needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to guide client interventions and treatment progress.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care techniques.

• Monitor client progress through regular assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
