The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing a structured work week conducive to maintaining a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients during initial and ongoing sessions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs, preferences, and goals of each client, applying evidence-based interventions.

• Utilize recognized therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in treatment sessions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Continuously monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to respond to changing needs and circumstances.
