This remote role allows for a flexible work schedule while providing high-quality mental health services to our patients. Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients via telehealth platforms. However, you will also have the option to utilize our outpatient office as needed. We are open from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, allowing for a schedule that accommodates both your and our clients’ needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver diverse therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, groups, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records compliant with legal and ethical standards to assure confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and improve treatment outcomes for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed of the latest mental health research and best practices.

Our client population is varied, encompassing individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds and with varying levels of severity in their conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
