Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations of client needs.

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Document client progress in a timely and accurate manner using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that all records are maintained in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic care approaches, participating in regular case reviews and team meetings to ensure coordinated and effective client care.

• Stay updated on the latest counseling techniques and methodologies through continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele encompasses a diverse demographic, including individuals facing short-term challenges such as stress management, anxiety, work-life balance, and interpersonal conflicts. We also have a focus on clients experiencing more complex issues related to trauma, substance abuse, and family dynamics. As a counselor, you will be instrumental in guiding these clients through their journeys toward recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Possession of an active, unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
