Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans informed by evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate group therapies, family counseling sessions, and individual therapy meetings, ensuring a supportive and constructive environment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care that best addresses each client's needs.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards in accordance with legal requirements and company policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The expected salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
