Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Design and implement individualized therapy strategies based on clients' unique situations and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective treatment.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines while ensuring confidentiality and professional conduct.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to provide coordinated care for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training to stay current on best practices in mental health counseling.

• Build strong therapeutic relationships by employing excellent communication skills and demonstrating empathy towards clients from diverse backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and families seeking assistance for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
