Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse groups including individuals, couples, and families, adapting strategies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Promote collaboration by participating in team meetings and contributing insights into client care plans.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain informed on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with particular emphasis on clinical practice.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to licensed mental health professionals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with a wide range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an annual salary within the range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
