Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' biopsychosocial needs, identifying problems and determining appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapies and comprehensive case management for assigned patients, actively participating in their journey to wellness.

• Serve as either a primary or co-therapist in group therapy sessions, while also leading individual, family, and couples therapy as clinically indicated.

• Maintain client records in compliance with program and regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate effectively with outpatient and inpatient teams to deliver necessary triage evaluations and crisis interventions when required.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas, or be license-eligible.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical context.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards related to counseling practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 105,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, alongside a sign-on bonus incentive.
