Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor within our outpatient facility, you will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities tailored to help young adults—ages 18 to 30—achieve their mental health goals:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging group sessions that foster connection and shared learning among clients, helping them develop supportive relationships.

• Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling, addressing clients' thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns to devise effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Work collaboratively with clients to establish individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that meet their unique needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Employ a variety of assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes while providing feedback to refine treatment approaches.

You will be working with a diverse population of young adults grappling with mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
