Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gauge clients’ mental health needs and formulate tailored therapeutic plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused techniques.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions as well as facilitate group and family therapy, adapting strategies to meet various patient needs.

• Develop strong therapeutic alliances with clients, guiding them towards achieving their mental health goals effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
