Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions supported by evidence-based practices for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused techniques to facilitate client progress.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, reflecting your experience and the client caseload assigned.
