Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans that address their individual circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy during sessions with clients.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
