Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group, family, and couples therapy settings.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records according to legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and optimal treatment outcomes for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on the latest mental health research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
