Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to groups, families, and individuals.

• Maintain accurate and organized clinical documentation and records, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, successful candidates will benefit from a sign-on bonus and uncapped earning potential through performance incentives.
