Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and determine appropriate and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions via various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Formulate and execute treatment strategies tailored to the unique circumstances and backgrounds of clients, focusing on their personal goals for growth and recovery.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care to clients.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in adherence to ethical standards and legal guidelines while working efficiently within our electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development, staying informed about the latest research in mental wellness and participating in relevant workshops to expand your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients who may be experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. This role emphasizes creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals and families can explore their mental health concerns through therapeutic dialogue. Your expertise in areas such as trauma, substance abuse, or couple's therapy will be beneficial in addressing a variety of client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.
