Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. You will have the ability to manage your schedule within our operational hours, which are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no evening or weekend work required. Each clinician is supported by a clinician-led leadership model, ensuring a culture of mentorship, support, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building strong therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to discuss client progress, stability, and treatment goals, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.

• Design and implement comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
\n
• Document and maintain timely progress notes and treatment records in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Perform initial intake assessments to gauge clients' therapeutic needs and develop customized treatment approaches.

• Engage in weekly individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and provide accountability in practice.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Stay current with mental health best practices and engage in continuous personal and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Transformative Trauma Counseling Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation, demonstrating effective therapeutic competencies.

• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and active listening skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Our compensation model includes a fee-for-service structure with guaranteed rates, ensuring that you are compensated ahead of collections. Additional benefits include:
