Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs and establish targeted goals.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions addressing a spectrum of mental health issues that may include but are not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and stress management.

• Facilitate couples and family therapy sessions focusing on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and improving relationship dynamics.

• Create detailed treatment plans personalized to each client, establishing clear objectives and interventions tailored to their individual circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they receive timely assistance.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, treatment plans, and outcome measurements in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children and adolescents to adults dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
