Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client, ensuring their unique needs are met.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate services and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards while protecting client confidentiality.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay current with advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field, meeting the educational requirements for licensure.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing practice in mental health.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a SIGN-ON BONUS for new hires. Benefits also include flexible work schedules, generous market compensation with uncapped earnings, and opportunities for participation in ongoing training and professional growth.
