Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop customized therapy strategies for clients by conducting thorough assessments and evaluations, tailoring your approach to their unique needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, while delivering services to individuals, couples, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and comprehensive care, participating in case consultations to ensure seamless support for clients.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to relevant legal and ethical standards to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and relevant coursework to stay aligned with the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Unity Point, you will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of New Jersey is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling role is required, ideally within a clinical context.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Comprehensive understanding of legal, ethical, and regulatory standards within the counseling profession.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
