This position is primarily remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to deliver quality therapy from the comfort of their homes. However, there is an option for hybrid roles that combine telemedicine services with occasional in-person sessions at our community health clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, developing individualized therapy strategies that cater to each client’s unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various demographics, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Offer a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs will work with a diverse array of clients, from children and adolescents experiencing behavioral issues to adults dealing with severe mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
