Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Well Path, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting individualized assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans for clients.
\n
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy across various modalities, including individual, couples, and group sessions.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing digital record-keeping systems.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Actively participating in ongoing training, professional development workshops, and supervision sessions to remain current in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing an array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the mental health field, ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While all applications are welcomed, candidates with specialized skills in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling will be highly valued. Experience using telehealth technologies in delivering therapy will also be advantageous.
