Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapeutic strategies aimed at addressing individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and appropriate resource utilization for clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and trainings to stay current with advancements in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
