This position is designed to be remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements that foster a work-life balance. Full-time counselors will typically work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, while part-time options provide additional flexibility with hours arranged based on team and personal needs, while avoiding weekend shifts. The remote setting ensures our counselors can efficiently manage their schedules, improving both professional efficiency and personal well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities in both group and individual settings, focusing on the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care that weaves in insights from various professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, while also ensuring confidentiality and professional integrity.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, with additional bonuses available based on performance metrics.
