Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring each therapy session is tailored to the client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, complying with legal and ethical standards while ensuring client privacy.

Our client base consists of individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may be dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
