Full-time counselors typically work Monday to Friday during an 8-hour day, while part-time counselors can tailor their schedules from Monday to Saturday to meet personal and team needs, ensuring no weekend shifts are required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies through in-depth evaluations and ongoing assessments to meet client needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to support diverse patient groups.

• Engage with clients in various formats, providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups, thereby encouraging holistic healing and recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical records per legal and ethical standards, guaranteeing compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with performance bonuses. Additional benefits include flexible scheduling, comprehensive healthcare packages, and the opportunity to work remotely.
