Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients through comprehensive evaluations and assessments.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across diverse formats including individual, group, couples, and family sessions.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy to effectively address client issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and effective client care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records in accordance with state law and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all patient interactions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary structure offers an annual compensation range of $70,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
