Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, which inform tailored therapy objectives and treatment plans.

• Collaborate with primary care practitioners to identify, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial issues, enhancing the overall efficacy of our healthcare team.

• Provide timely mental health interventions for individuals requiring immediate support, including crisis management and emergency assessments.

• Perform regular follow-up evaluations to monitor patient progress, effectively assess treatment efficacy, and adjust care strategies as necessary.

• Support patients in developing personalized relapse prevention strategies and actively assist them in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Document all patient interactions meticulously, ensuring that treatment plans and progress notes are complete and compliant with Agency and Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) standards.

• Engage in ongoing communication with primary care providers to keep them informed about patient needs and progress, fostering collaborative treatment planning.

• Educate clients about self-management skills, empowering them to take charge of their health and recovery process.
\n
• Facilitate program development initiatives by providing insights on behavioral services and participating in opportunities for outcome evaluation.

• Uphold ethical standards by adhering to the Clinical Professionals' Code of Ethics and executing any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Brightways Recovery Plus, Inc. offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
