This position is primarily remote, allowing counselors to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to determine their mental health status and needs, creating individualized treatment plans tailored to their circumstances.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and support groups, to ensure holistic care for patients who may require additional services.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously in a secure electronic health record system to maintain compliance with health regulations and facilitate easy access to client histories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Community of Hope, you will engage with a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health issues, including but not limited to substance abuse, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. Our clientele includes adolescents, adults, and families, creating a dynamic and fulfilling work environment where counselors can utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and approaches to positively impact lives.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field.

• A valid and active state counseling license (LPC) for Texas.
\n
• Demonstrated clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, with a strong understanding of various mental health issues.

• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and listening skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, and includes a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
