Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies that meet individual needs.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Effectively engage with clients through individual, group, family, and couples therapy, fostering trust and ensuring a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Participate in continuing education workshops and professional development opportunities to stay current with emerging practices and research in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of related experience in a clinical counseling environment.
