Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop customized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in line with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring compliance in all treatment documentation.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients, discussing case plans and sharing insights for improved outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and trainings to keep abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base experiencing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.
