Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and determine appropriate therapeutic approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus specifically on trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Provide evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, helping patients process trauma, develop adaptive coping strategies, and promote holistic healing.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to care.

• Offer crisis intervention and emotional support to clients during traumatic emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms, while providing resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continue to engage in professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay current with emerging research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness.

As an LPC at Conscious Therapy & Psychiatric Center, you will be working primarily with individuals dealing with trauma-related disorders. This includes clients from diverse backgrounds who are seeking assistance in navigating their mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LPC licensure in the state of Texas.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and related applications.

• Ability to work independently while also being an effective collaborator in a team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The yearly salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000, with opportunities for salaries on the higher end based on experience and expertise. We offer competitive benefits, including:
