This position is entirely remote, affording the flexibility needed for maintaining work-life balance. Counselors will work primarily from their home offices but will have the infrastructure support from our community health clinic's administrative team. Our clinic is designed as an outpatient counseling center, whereby counselors have access to ongoing training and support to ensure they remain at the cutting edge of the mental health field. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, equipping clients with coping strategies and tools for effective problem-solving.

• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic modalities – including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy – depending on client requirements.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure integrated and holistic client care.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and research in mental health by participating in workshops, training sessions, and continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zenith Mental Health, you will work with a diverse client population, including adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
