Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for new clients to determine personalized treatment plans.

• Provide a spectrum of evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches as necessary for each situation.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
