Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans that accurately reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain meticulous progress notes and clinical records to ensure compliance with professional ethics and legal requirements.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, ensuring that you remain well-versed in the most recent developments in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and substance use concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Active and unencumbered professional counselor license (LPC) in the state of Connecticut.

• Demonstrated understanding and application of legal and ethical counseling standards.
