Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Himanshu Family & Marriage Counseling Service, you will perform a variety of essential tasks, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's individual needs and develop tailored therapy strategies.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in regular team meetings, contributing to case reviews, and collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic client care.

• Staying abreast of the latest developments in mental health research through ongoing professional development workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. The salary range for this position is $70,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
