Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments by meeting with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and options for treatment plans.

• Design individualized rehabilitation strategies tailored to clients' education levels, aptitudes, and future employment aspirations, modifying these plans as required based on their ongoing progress.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs aligned with the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain meticulous case files and records documenting essential client information such as eligibility, insurance details, services rendered, and progress notes.

• Regularly monitor and document client advancements, ensuring treatment goals are achieved, and make necessary adjustments for optimum effectiveness.

• Provide continuous support to clients during their participation in job training and occupational placements, addressing any issues that may arise.

• Engage with family members of clients to collaboratively determine how their needs can best be addressed.

• Compile timely reports outlining client progress and make recommendations for additional resources required for their growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, primarily focusing on individuals dealing with mental health and mood disorders. Clients range from adolescents to adults, seeking help for various challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other psychosocial issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited institution.
