Key Responsibilities\n

• Therapeutic Engagement: Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster peer connections and encourage open dialogues on mental health topics, enabling clients to learn from each other’s experiences.

• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing active listening and empathy to help clients navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and reflect their personal aspirations and preferences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults, ages 18 to 30, in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique challenges related to transitions into adulthood, including identity formation, relational dynamics, and mental health disorders. Your role will be crucial in guiding them through these transformative years, helping them achieve sustainable mental wellness and improved life satisfaction.

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
