Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of clients, fostering rapport and maintaining professional ethics while ensuring a welcoming therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss progress toward therapy goals, assess stability, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
